Short or No Replies

Most of the time,

I could never write a very long reply,

To smses, whatsApp messages,

And everything involving  conversations.

And my vocabulary at that moment,

Consists of: Awesome, ok, thank you’s and smiley faces.

And after I typed it out and sent it,

I realised, it was the most boring reply ever written by mankind.

Don’t you think it’s strange,

I could write super long poems,

But end up speechless or wordless, in this case.

It’s so much easier writing a poem,

Than thinking of what to say.

Maybe I’ll write a poem instead,

In reply to all of those messages.

For an interesting way of conversing. 🙂
