When I called out the rain,
For making the day gloomy.
It rained even more heavily.
But there’s a little sunny ray,
Piercing through the dark clouds.
I went to it and it made me happy.
It whispers words I don’t understand,
Until after the grey clouds went away.
You’re that sunny ray,
That tucks itself in between the greys.
That still shine no matter the weather,
Runny eyes or growling thunder.
A big thank you to that little funny ray.
That never fails to blow those clouds away.
The ray that holds me,
Saying: everything will be alright.
